Safe Travels Rental Plus plan covers trip cancellation up to $10,000 for non-refundable travel arrangement payments such as vacation rentals, hotels, airfare and additional pre-paid amounts for your trip. This plan is available for trips starting up to 18 months from today and up to 30 days in length.
Without travel protection, you run the risk of possibly losing all or part of a vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances like the following happen:
- Illness, injury or death to you, your traveling companions, or a family member
- You or your traveling companion are hijacked, quarantined, required to serve on a jury, subpoenaed, required to appear as a witness in a legal action
- Natural disasters like hurricanes or blizzards that cause a mandatory evacuation or cause your rental unit to be inaccessible or uninhabitable
- Your Common Carrier has a mechanical breakdown or equipment failure
- Inclement weather that causes a complete cessation of services, or closure of public roadways for at least 24 consecutive hours
- Unannounced strike causing a complete cessation of services
- You are unable to ski during your trip due to 50% or more of the trails or slopes closing for at least 8 consecutive hours
- Documented traffic accident
- Military leave revocation/reassignment or military duty for a natural disaster

Trip Cancellation
reimburses your unused insured non-refundable payments or deposits for the travel arrangements you purchased for your trip in the event you have to cancel for a covered reason.

Trip Interruption
Reimburses your prepaid, unused, insured non-refundable payments or deposits for the travel arrangements you purchased for your trip plus additional transportation costs in the event you must start your trip late or unable to complete your trip.

Trip Delay
Reimburses your unused prepaid insured non-refundable payments or deposits for land or water travel arrangements, additional transportation costs and reasonable expenses such as meals, lodging or local transportation if your trip is delayed at least 12 consecutive hours from the original departure time.

Emergency Accident & Sickness Medical and Dental Expense –
For medical expenses during your trip due to an accidental injury or sickness.

Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains
Provides coverage to transport you to the nearest suitable medical facility to treat an unforeseen sickness or injury determined to be acute, severe or life threatening if adequate treatment is not available in your immediate area, transport you back to your point of origin (with a medical escort if recommended by a physician) following an emergency medical evacuation or covered injury/sickness, and transport your remains back to your origination point in case of unexpected tragedy.

Covers loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your baggage and personal effects during your Trip.

Non-Insurance Travel Assistance Services
For pre-trip passport visa information, interpretation via telephone, medical or legal referrals and additional services during your trip.

Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver
The Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion will be waived if the protection plan is purchased within 21 days of the date your initial payment or deposit for your trip is received and you are medically able and not disabled from travel at the time your plan cost is paid.

15 Day Free Look Period
You may cancel your plan within 15 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your plan cost provided there has been no incurred loss, you have not departed on your trip, and you have not filed a claim.
