Was fast and simple. Was surprised, had the same coverage with Trawick last year, other than the original email showing my policy, never heard a word from Trawick. Would have thought you would reach out and try to sell to an existing customer.

My big complaint in Travel Insurance is the overload of features I do not need nor want. I was so happy go find this company where the basic reason I want insurance is for the possibility of a cancellation (never had one yet). The trip is many months out as I plan well in advance. The policy I choose is basic and I am one happy camper.
